Teresa Moser gained a Bachelor’s degree of Nursing Science from Ball State University in 1987. She then worked for Bluffton Regional Medical Center in numerous departments completing her 28th year of nursing.
In 2011, she became a part-time Outreach Nurse for The Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center with a primary focus on the Berne Amish Community. In 2015, Teresa joined the Community Health Clinic and became a full-time nurse by working for both partnering entities. Having Amish roots herself, she feels it is a joy and a privilege to assist in bringing genetic services to this community. Teresa and her husband have 9 children and reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
