sharon chupp, BSN, RN, CEN • RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Sharon has been a nurse at The Community Health Clinic since shortly after it opened in 2013. Sharon’s initial role was Newborn Screening Coordinator for the CHC’s Das KIND newborn screening follow-up program and staff nurse for the clinic. She has served as clinical supervisor for the past three years. Most recently Sharon has become the CHC’s research coordinator and is excited to lead in the development of a research department.
Sharon earned her Associates of Science in Nursing from Indiana-Purdue at Ft Wayne in 2003. She worked as an emergency department nurse for over 10 years, where she earned her Certificate in Emergency Nursing. In 2020 Sharon received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Indiana University–South Bend.
Outside of working at the clinic, Sharon enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, spending quality time with family and friends, and farming with her family.
