Community Health Clinic - New Building

Sustaining the Community Health Clinic’s Mission and Building Capacity to Advance Medical Knowledge and Improve Care

Community Support

Your support of the CHC is critical to our mission. The annual auctions and Haystack Supper, & Dutch Dinner help us do our daily work – providing the best possible care at affordable prices for all those we serve. Approximately one-third of our annual budget comes from these fundraisers.

The funds needed for this building require a separate and special effort.

Over the last year, we have made great progress. We were blessed to have started off with a half million dollars of contributions from early in the clinic’s history. We saved these contributions from our founders who understood that one day we would need our own facility.

Last year, early in our campaign planning, we received an anonymous matching grant challenge. The anonymous donor is matching every building donation, dollar for dollar, up to $1.5 million. The founders’ contributions and the matching challenge have enabled us to help secure further support from area businesses, foundations, and individuals.

Donations from both inside and outside our community have allowed us to achieve 94.4% of our $4.06 million goal. Just 5.6%, $227, 103 remains to complete construction of our new clinic!

It Takes Many Hands

Many hands have come together for the planning, funding, and construction of this first building of our own. When CHC was founded nearly nine years ago, we never envisioned that we would still be renting a small space today, but are certainly grateful that we’re finally in position to develop the new facility and better serve a growing patient population.

Help Us Raise the Final Needed Funds

Each and every tax-deductible donation towards the goal leverages matching dollars in exchange. If you are in position and would like to help, you may donate securely on our website here. Please indicate “New Building Campaign” under Additional Information.

If you have any questions about the project, or would like to talk or meet with someone to learn more, please feel free to contact us. Thank you!

We are excited to support the Community Health Clinic’s new facility. The expanded clinic will help their organization provide better services to their patients and continue to serve the community with comprehensive medical genetics care.
