LORI ARNOLD, RN • CLINICAL Manager
Lori has lived in Noble County her entire life. She grew up in the Avilla area, graduated from East High School in Kendallville, and then obtained her RN degree from Indiana Purdue University in Ft. Wayne. Lori has worked as a nurse at the CHC for the past 4 years but has been a nurse for over 28 years. Her work experience includes 2 years as a medical-surgical nurse and then supervisor of the unit. She worked for 15 years in a family practice office and for 6 years in pediatric homecare where she cared for children on ventilators. She also has experience as a supervisor including as a Director of Nursing for a nursing home and as the clinical manager at the CHC starting in 2021.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her two children: her son who is 26 and her daughter who is 20 and attending college to also become a nurse.
